• Participating contractors must have a current Experience Modifier Rating (EMR) of 0.95 or less.
  • Company must be up-to-date with OSHA 300 reporting requirements and provide previous three years of unredacted OSHA 300 forms for owner/developer review and approval.
  • Company shall disclose records of all OSHA violations received in the previous 10 years for owner/developer review and approval.
  • All workers on site must be OSHA 10-hour certified with OSHA-30 certification for at least one supervisor/foreman on-site. Copies of OSHA certifications shall be submitted to the owner/developer with payroll submissions.
  • For every 15 employees a company has working on the site, there must be one additional OSHA-30 certified employee.
  • There must be proof that any employee operating construction equipment or power-actuated tools has been properly trained in the use of said equipment.
  • Contractors must provide proof of a company safety program along with applicable data.
    Examples of submissions to meet this requirement would be a copy of the company’s safety
    manual and previous individual employee participation records in the safety program.
