• Contractors shall provide their workers’ compensation, liability and owned/leased vehicle insurance with coverage of no less than $2,000,000 per occurrence.
  • No contractor may provide insurance coverage for their subcontractors.
  • All participating contractors must have a current Experience Modifier Rating (EMR) of 0.95 or less.
