• The contractor shall utilize a USDOL-approved apprenticeship program and will require the same of all subcontractors.
  • Contractor apprenticeship programs must meet regional craft standards for apprenticeship in terms of years of apprenticeship and on-the-job and classroom-hours of training per year requirements.
  • Contractors must show a history of apprentice utilization for the previous three years.
  • Contractors must provide a record of their apprenticeship graduation rates for the previous three years. NOTE: Said graduation rates must be specific to apprentices utilized by the contractor, not the graduation rates of third-party apprenticeship providers.
  • Contractors shall make a good faith effort to utilize apprentices on this project.
